Step 1.
Please contact our customer service team by email at online@permax.ae to notify us of the product you would like to return. You will need to provide the full details of your customer order number (as listed in the documentation that arrived with your order), along with the name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2.
Once you have received confirmation from us that your return is eligible, please indicate whether you would prefer a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original condition and returned in the same outer packaging in which they were delivered.
Step 3.
Please schedule a return with the courier service designated by our Customer Support Team. Be sure to include the pre-printed shipping label that was supplied with your order documentation.
Step 4.
All returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt. If the item has been opened, used, or damaged, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you via email once it is completed. During peak times, please allow up to 30 working days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note: Permax will cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns.
Cancellation Policy
In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. To cancel your order, please log into your Permax account or contact us directly.
If your order has already been processed and handed over for dispatch, it will fall under the Returns Policy outlined above.
